We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist cleaning staff with their duties and provide guidance as needed.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
Work Environment:
  • On-the-road job with a permanent contract.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
