Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Director to join our team at Germain Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
- Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Monitor and control the housekeeping budget, ensuring that we are operating within our means while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of housekeeping services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our housekeeping operations.
- 7+ years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
