Computer Network Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Network Technician to join our team at IHAUL FREIGHT SYSTEM INC. as a key member of our IT department.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and Administer Network Infrastructure
Ensure the smooth operation of our local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
Evaluate and Install Network Hardware and SoftwareAssess and implement computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to meet the needs of our organization.
Provide Technical SupportOffer problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Perform Routine Network MaintenanceConduct regular network start-up and close-down procedures, maintaining accurate control records.
Ensure Data Security and BackupPerform data backups and disaster recovery operations to safeguard our critical business data.
Configure Network ConnectionsSet up local area networks and connections to the Internet, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
