Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 2382935 Alberta Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
- Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to facilitate decision-making.
- Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment.
- Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings and events.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.
- Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to provide excellent customer service.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
- Communication: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
- Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business intelligence.
- Advisory Role: Advise senior management on administrative matters to ensure informed decision-making.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints to maintain a positive work environment.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Front Desk: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas to provide a warm welcome.
- Customer Support: Provide customer service to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to optimize business outcomes.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
