Highly Skilled Andrology and Laboratory Technologist Required

Pacific Fertility is a leading fertility clinic in Canada, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Andrologist/Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at our Burnaby clinic.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient-centered care and performing diagnostic and therapeutic andrology procedures, including semen analysis, sperm washes for intrauterine inseminations, sperm washes for IVF, trial wash, semen cryopreservation/thaw, and preparation of donor specimens for donor insemination.
The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of the principles and practice of laboratory sterile technique, have meticulous attention to detail, and be motivated and a self-starter. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for this role.
Requirements- Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist (CSMLS)
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory is preferred but not required
- CFAS Andrologist Certification is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to identify and successfully demonstrate and realize company goals and objectives
