As a Medical Laboratory Technologist on our High Volume Chemistry team in Burnaby, British Columbia, you will play a critical role in contributing to patient well-being and better health outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a College diploma or University degree in Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent education and/or experience. They will be skilled in conducting a wide range of diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing, with the ability to assist with the evaluation and implementation of new technology. Good computer skills and knowledge are essential for this position.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience. This is a Part-Time Regular role working 20-37.5 hours per week with flexible shift work suitable to the maintenance of a healthy work/life balance. LifeLabs facilities are also known as teaching laboratories offering opportunities to share knowledge in a collaborative environment, 24-hour medical support through our Medical Science team and Medical library, and the ability to teach our college and university student placements.
