We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Department Manager to join our team at Maxi. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve productivity, engagement, and retention goals
- Maintain high merchandising and operational standards across the department
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve departmental financial objectives
- Identify and develop great talent to join our team
