We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Investment & Personal Banking Specialist Trainee to join our team in Brossard. As an essential member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver trusted financial advice and sales to customers, leveraging your knowledge of financial products and services.
- Educate customers on relevant financial planning tools and resources, helping them make informed decisions about their financial futures.
- Create personalized financial plans, utilizing your expertise to provide tailored advice and guidance.
- Build strong relationships with customers, focusing on delivering a great client experience and growing long-standing relationships.
- Collaborate with peers and partners to achieve business objectives and drive results.
- Proven sales management experience and ability to market Scotiabank's products and services.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and growing customer relationships.
- A license to sell mutual funds and working towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
