About the Role
As a highly motivated and customer-centric Investment & Personal Banking Specialist Trainee, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients. Your focus will be on delivering trusted financial advice and creating personalized financial plans that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial planning and investment strategies
* Build strong relationships with clients and understand their financial goals and objectives
* Develop and implement financial plans that meet client needs and exceed expectations
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives
Requirements
* 2+ years of sales management experience and a proven track record of success
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
