This is an exciting opportunity to join Scotiabank as an Investment & Personal Banking Specialist Trainee in Brossard. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers throughout their financial journey.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver trusted financial advice and sales to customers, leveraging your knowledge of financial products and services.
- Educate customers on relevant financial insights and expert advice, helping them make informed decisions about their financial well-being.
- Create personalized financial plans, utilizing our financial planning tool modules and select advice-based tools and resources.
- Build strong relationships with customers, focusing on providing a great client experience and growing long-standing relationships.
- Collaborate with peers, customers, and partners to achieve business objectives and drive results.
- Sales management experience and the ability to market Scotiabank's products and services.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on providing a great client experience and growing relationships with existing customers.
- A license to sell mutual funds and working towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
