About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Noah's Ark Logistics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, setting priorities, and measuring performance.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage budgets, financial controls, and administrative processes to ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, setting priorities, and measuring performance.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities, ensuring effective communication and representation of our brand and values.
  • Performance Management: Establish and manage performance metrics, goals, and objectives for the organization, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a senior operations or management role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player skills.
