Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Industrial Automation Repair. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, setting priorities, and measuring performance.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in external forums, including negotiations, meetings, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
