We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Design, Global Supplier Technology to join our team at Wayfair. As a key member of our design leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our supplier technology platforms, ensuring that they are user-centered, intuitive, and meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of supplier technology platforms, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to ensure that design solutions meet business goals and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for supplier technology platforms.
