Software and Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software and Information Technology Project Manager to join our team at Netcracker Technology Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of software and IT projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software development, IT infrastructure, and quality assurance.
- Team Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of software developers, IT analysts, and other technical staff.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Technical Expertise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software development methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.
- Apply technical expertise to resolve complex technical issues and make informed decisions.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that project deliverables meet their needs.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, IT project management, or a related field.
- Skills
- Proven track record of leading successful software and IT projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
