Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily and weekly plant inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintaining good rapport with drivers and distribution teams.
  • Investigating potential issues at the plant and implementing corrective actions.
  • Understanding and applying current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) principles.
  • Collaborating with the Plant Management Team on behavior management strategies.
  • Cleaningliness inspection of the plant fleet.
  • Issuing keys to assigned trucks and verifying driver condition.
  • Meeting monthly testing targets and reviewing incident reports.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years experience in batching, plant operation, blending, or quality assurance functions.
  • Valid driver's license and basic computer skills.
