As a Family Service Counselor at SCI, you will be accountable for serving client families by making at-need cemetery arrangements and selling pre-need arrangements. This role plays an essential part in generating revenue for the cemetery and acting as the primary contact for families.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Provide exemplary personalized service to client families.
  • Serve as the primary contact for families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Make at-need cemetery arrangements and sell pre-need arrangements to generate revenue for the cemetery.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be knowledgeable about cemetery services and be able to provide expert advice to clients.
