Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Pizza Cut. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are equipped to prepare and serve high-quality food to our customers.
- Train Staff in Sanitation and Safety: Educate our staff on proper sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to meet our high standards.
- Prepare Budget and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, and prepare reports to track our kitchen's performance.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our kitchen operations.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
