Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
