Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Pizza Cut. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Food Quality and Safety: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory and Budgeting: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
The Pizza Cut is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent oral communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
