Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Communications and Employee Experience Specialist to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies and programs to drive business results and engage all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement company-wide internal communications strategies and programs to drive business results and engage all employees.
  • Collaborate with executives, business lines, divisions, and functions to implement new communications processes and guide communications at all organizational levels.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal communications plans to mobilize employees around the company's key business priorities.
  • Design and produce powerful communication tools, including presentations, videos, and visual Workplace publications.
  • Write and edit various memos, announcements, and other documents for internal distribution in English and French.
  • Collaborate with various departments and plants to meet internal communications needs, aligning with the employer brand and employee engagement plan.
  • Monitor the internal communications calendar and propose initiatives, activities, or events to rally and mobilize various stakeholders around communications projects or objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English (fully bilingual).
  • Strong writing skills and ability to explain complex subjects in plain language.
  • Ability to see the big picture and take cultural considerations into account when drafting and disseminating messages.
  • Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with different teams in a dynamic environment across various offices across Canada.
  • Knowledge of multimedia content production (graphic design, video) is an asset.
