Job Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team of skilled professionals in the collision repair industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively
  • Maintain quality control standards, ensuring exceptional results
  • Solicit feedback from employees, implement improvements, and foster a positive work environment
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency
  • Become familiar with WHMIS requirements, ensure compliance, and maintain a safe working space
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of management experience in the industry or related field
  • Familiarity with estimating software (Audatex and/or Mitchell)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software (Mitchell and/or Summit)
  • Able to motivate, train, and supervise production teams
  • Demonstrated reasoning/problem-solving skills; analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Valid driver's license
