Paladin Security is committed to providing exceptional security services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Providence Care Hospital.
Job Responsibilities:
- Present a professional and visible security presence on site.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring their safety and security.
- Ensure the safety and security of clients, buildings, and assets.
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a secure environment.
- Carry out security duties as specified, including proactive and reactive patrols, emergency response, and documentation of security events.
- Investigate routine incidents and provide reports as required.
- Monitor CCTV and enforce hospital policies and by-laws.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certificate.
- Ability to be clean-shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and immunization records.
- Ability to clear a Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Minimum 6 months of healthcare security experience preferred.
- English proficiency (oral and written) is required.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
