Document Control Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to join our team at Stuart Olson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining drawings and documentation in accordance with our Document Control procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and organizing drawings and documentation from various sources
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date logs for drawings, requests for information, non-conformances, and other relevant documents
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless document control processes

Requirements:

  • Experience working with multiple trade document control
  • Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver's abstract
  • Required Safety Tickets: CSTS-2020
  • Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test

Working Conditions:

  • Working at heights, in and around noise, dust, indoor and outdoor in hot and cold weather conditions
  • Working in a confined space
  • Personal safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be clean shaven
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 lbs. with assistance
  • Stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects
