Job Title: Construction Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group.

Job Summary:

The Construction Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, direction, control, and evaluation of daily construction operations. This includes preparing contracts, negotiating revisions, and managing project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage construction teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, including conflicts, delays, and budget overruns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on industrial, commercial, and institutional projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
