Job Title: Construction Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group.

Job Summary:

The Construction Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, direction, control, and evaluation of daily construction operations. This includes preparing contracts, negotiating revisions, and managing project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and negotiate contractual agreements, revisions, and additions.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily construction operations.
  • Prepare reports and ensure timely project completion.
  • Manage construction teams and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including financial, schedule, and scope risks.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
