Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group.

Job Summary:

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This includes preparing contracts, negotiating revisions, and planning daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, including conflicts and delays.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The Senior Construction Project Manager will work in an office environment, with occasional site visits.
