About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Rosedale Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a well-stocked housekeeping inventory
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare budgets and payrolls as needed
  • Collaborate with maintenance and repair services to ensure prompt resolution of any issues
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting their goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
