About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Rosedale Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare budgets and payrolls as required.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
