Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory and Purchasing: Select and purchase equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that safety standards are met.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop staff members, conducting performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure that they are meeting expectations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and payrolls, ensuring that financial resources are managed effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
