Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely delivery of food and services.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring seamless execution of food preparation and service.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
- Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and kitchen supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
