Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of service.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and manage inventory effectively.
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to optimize resource allocation.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
