Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage financial risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CFA or CPA designation preferred.
