About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently operating and troubleshooting various pieces of production equipment on all production lines in a safe manner. Your strong focus on housekeeping and product quality will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes
- Troubleshoot machine problems and make adjustments as necessary to minimize downtime
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and objectives
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry tasks
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Flexibility to work shift work, including evenings, afternoons, and weekends, on an 8-hour or 12-hour rolling schedule
- Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in production or quality control
- Forklift experience and certification are a plus
