Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Kawartha Heights Retirement Living. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Address resident complaints or concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Assist residents with special needs, providing support and accommodations as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and perform other physical demands of the role.
