Regional Goods Transport Specialist

beBee Professionals in Kelowna is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to transport goods efficiently and safely across regional routes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining the condition of their vehicle, and adhering to all traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a truck to transport goods to and from specified locations, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure optimal vehicle condition.
- Ensure cargo is properly loaded, secured, and unloaded to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and travel routes to optimize logistics.
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines.
