Fan Service and Ticket Sales Representative

The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fan Service and Ticket Sales Representative for our Blue Bombers and Valour FC teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional fan service to our loyal season ticket members and fans, ensuring a top-notch game-day experience.
- Develop strong relationships with fans to encourage repeat sales and referrals, promoting a positive and engaging atmosphere.
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and social media, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and update ticketing systems, including processing orders and issuing refunds, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on Blue Bombers and Valour FC games, events, promotions, and ticket packages to effectively communicate with fans and provide personalized recommendations.
- Process group sales and assist with the coordination of events, ensuring smooth execution and exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets and generate revenue, driving business growth and success.
- 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with fans and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring 24/7 fan support.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for sports and a desire to create a memorable fan experience, driving loyalty and engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ticketing systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and meet sales targets, contributing to the success of the Winnipeg Football Club.
