We're Blue Ripple Group, a leading provider of marketing solutions designed to drive growth, retention, and revenue for our clients. As a Client Success Lead, you will play a critical role in helping financial advisors achieve their goals by leveraging our expertise in digital marketing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships, providing expert guidance and support to help financial advisors grow their AUM
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, and more
- Overseeing multi-channel campaigns, monitoring KPIs to optimize strategies and drive results
- Leading client meetings, providing insights, addressing concerns, and serving as a trusted advisor
- Identifying upsell opportunities and connecting clients with additional services as needed
- Collaborating with our creative, digital, and development teams to bring campaigns to life
- Ensuring smooth project execution, meeting deadlines, staying within budgets, and delighting clients
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, agency, or client management
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, email, and more
- A hospitality mindset, characterized by high-touch service, proactive problem-solving, and client-first thinking
- Deep industry knowledge, with a natural understanding of digital marketing
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Project management prowess, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making
