About the Role:
As a key member of our viticulture and enology team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vineyards, ensuring optimal grape production and wine quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily vineyard activities, including pruning, harvesting, and vintage management
  • Monitor and maintain vineyard equipment, machinery, and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with our winemaking team to develop and implement sustainable viticulture practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and contractors
  • Analyze data and report on vineyard performance, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in viticulture and enology or equivalent
  • A college or CEGEP level education in a relevant field
