We are seeking a talented Associate to join our Investment Banking team in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Broaden your knowledge of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions while playing a key role on deals and other corporate finance projects across Canada. Our team at BTCC creates value for clients by helping them achieve their goals through M&A, divestiture, or capital raise.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking client initiatives, coordinating data rooms, and analyzing letters of intent and share purchase agreements.
- Producing quality of earnings reports for buy-side investors.
- Developing pitch presentations on actionable M&A opportunities with prospective clients within the Baker Tilly network of 50+ offices across Canada.
You will be working with a dynamic team that leads the corporate finance practice at Baker Tilly Canada. We foster meaningful careers and offer opportunities to influence tomorrow for our clients, profession, and community.
As an Associate, you will have access to mentorship and coaching, enabling you to expand your M&A knowledge and develop essential skills in financial modeling and analysis.

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
