Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Station House Bar and Grill DTR Ventures Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
Work Setting:

The successful candidate will work in a restaurant environment, supervising a team of 3-4 people, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The position requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
