Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team at Alberta Inc o/a Dominos Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. You will be expected to establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and lead a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Cost Control: Manage inventory, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize financial performance.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including dental and health care plans, group insurance benefits, and support for newcomers and refugees.
