Food Service Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare Budget: Prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
