Production Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality of Ski-Doo and Spyder components. This key role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with BRP requirements, managing new part introductions, and driving continuous improvement within the supplier portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Support production teams by rapidly containing non-conformities and acting as the primary point of contact with suppliers.
- Create and implement sorting methodologies using measuring tools and inspection templates to ensure component quality.
- Lead quality activities resulting in the acceptance of new components according to BRP requirements and the PPAP process.
- Validate suppliers' process capability to deliver components meeting all requirements at all times.
- Audit suppliers to enhance quality processes and on-site control plans within a dynamic production environment.
- Bachelor's degree or DEC in engineering or relevant field.
- Experience in a quality manufacturing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Analytical and synthesizing skills, along with practical mechanical experience.
- Knowledge of quality tools and processes, Lean, and Six Sigma certification an asset.
- Fluency in English and French required for daily interaction with international suppliers.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
