Job Title: Supplier Quality Assurance Responsible

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for managing a supplier portfolio for production quality, ensuring compliance with BRP requirements and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support production teams by ensuring rapid containment of non-conformities and handling the point of contact with the supplier.
  • Create sorting methodologies using measuring tools and inspection templates.
  • Carry out Quality activities leading to the acceptance of new Ski-Doo and Spyder components according to BRP requirements and the PPAP process.
  • Validate suppliers' process capability to obtain components that meet all requirements at all times.
  • Audit our suppliers to improve quality processes and on-site control plans, all in a dynamic production environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or DEC in engineering or other relevant training.
  • Experience in a Quality manufacturing environment.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical and synthesizing skills, practical mechanical experience.
  • Knowledge of Quality tools and processes, Lean, Six Sigma certification an asset.
  • Fluency in English and French is required for daily interaction with suppliers who may be outside Quebec.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally.
