System Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze non-compliance data and construct dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor the corrective action database (DMAIC) and organize follow-up meetings with engineering, industrial engineering, assembly, and other relevant teams.
- Create the PFMEA Alive plan to ensure quality in IE workshops.
- Contribute to building the inspection and audit plan to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Carry out quality improvement projects to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
- Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or mechanical engineering (if applicable), as well as sufficient experience in quality.
- Software skills: Excel, Access, Word, and SAP.
- Knowledge of quality tools (Continuous Improvement, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), SPC, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
- Knowledge of Excel.
- The ability to communicate in French.
