Job Title: Sales Associate

EssilorLuxottica is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of fashion, luxury, and sports eyewear. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and providing product knowledge to customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience through personalized service and product recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
