Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Aroma Optical Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales, rentals, or leasing contracts, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
  • Merchandise Preparation: Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
  • Training and Support: Will train and provide support for newcomers and refugees.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
