About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Team Member to join our team at An Nam Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to ensure they are spotless and ready for use
  • Unload and reload dishwashers, ensuring all items are properly cleaned and stored
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the dishroom, including sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trash and recycling
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our high standards of quality and efficiency
Requirements
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Food Service worker certificate
  • Equipment and machinery experience (e.g. conventional oven, deep fryer, electronic cash register)
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced environment with regular overtime required
  • Physically demanding position requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
