Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing data entry tasks.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring that all logistical details are taken care of.
- Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all staff members are informed and up-to-date on important matters.
- Supervision: Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Youths: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
