Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and guiding customers as they arrive on the lot.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle, utilizing current inventory information and demonstrating features on the lot.
  • Enhance the sales process by showcasing vehicles and assisting with sales applications.
  • Collaborate with management to increase sales, inspecting the lot daily and reporting any issues.
  • Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales and assist in cleaning and washing vehicles.
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic and high-energy individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Outgoing and friendly, with a strong ability to handle objections.
  • Quality customer service skills and a proven sales track record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
  • Proficient in basic business math, including percentages.
  • Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs.
  • Persistent, competitive, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Focused on meeting the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
  • Automotive sales experience is preferred.
